Cashmere throw care guide
The idea of our customers treasuring in their purchases for years to come excites us. But, like all-natural fibers, cashmere is prone to aging.
We recommend that you follow a few simple steps to ensure that your cashmere lives as long as possible:
- As cashmere is a soft natural fiber, piling occurs over time. This is a natural process that can be caused by simple use, friction, heat or humidity, and does not indicate poor quality. For this reason, we provide de-fuzzing combs with every Sabba Designs throw.
- Another facet to keep in mind is that cashmere can attract moths when in storage. Be sure to keep your throw in its cotton dust bag, away from sunlight and heat sources.
- Use natural moth repellents such as cedarwood bags when required.
