Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted. An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-order item, send us an email to info@studiosabbadesigns.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you

Can I use discount codes during the sale?

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount promotion including sales

I've ordered an Art print and a throw, why did they arrive in separate parcels and at different times?

Some items are made to order and shipped directly from our supplier's lab whereas some other products such as textiles are shipped from our warehouse. This means different origins and separate parcels.

How do I contact you?

Please email us at info@studiosabbadesigns.com. You can also write to Sabine (the designer) directly on whatsapp using the online chat pop-up which will connect you to whatsapp web. We speak, English, French and Italian.

How long will it take my order to get to me?

The delivery time will vary depending on the product. For all made to order and print to order items such as art prints or wallpaper, please be aware that 3 days will be needed to process and print the order before it is shipped. For this reason, once the payment is received, it can take up to 2 weeks for print to order and 10 weeks for made to order. All other stocked merchandise will have shorter time frames.

How do I return an item?

1. Contact us by email at info@studiosabbadesigns.com within 5 business days of receiving the parcel. Include your name, address and the order number. You will then receive an e-mail with shipping details.

2. Pack all items with your invoice in their original packaging. Ensure that the packaging is secured, as we will not be able to make a refund for items damaged in return transit.

3. Ship all items to the shipping address which indicated in the email received.

4. we are not liable for lost returned parcels. Therefore we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case the parcel fails to reach us. Moreover, we advise you to insure the package in case it is damages during transport.

5. Once received, we will inspect the goods and if their condition matches our requirements ( meaning: "as new, unused and in their original packing"), a refund will be made within 14 business days. We will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund.

6. Please note that any shipping costs will be covered by you.
